...a photo which was taken in 1943 on the Eastern front during the Second World War. It shows three soldiers and the Soviet tank T-34/76 after the liberation of the Ukrainian capital Kiev.

...contrasting my great-grandmother’s life with the biography of the photographer who took her wedding photography. Therefore, I divided my research paper, inspired by their life periods, in four chapters: First World War, The first Czechoslovak Republic, Life in the 1930s and Second World War.
